Billing and Shipping Details
Fill in the form making sure your details are correct. All fields marked with an asterisks (*) are mandatory, including phone number so we can contact you if anything goes wrong.
You only need to enter your shipping details if they are different from your billing details.
Also, if you haven’t already by this point, don’t forget to sign up for the Novo Club to be first to find out about what’s hot, promotions and loads more cool information.
It is also a good idea to click “Remember my details for next time” so you don’t have to re-enter you details each time you order. Your information will just be stored in a ‘cookie’ on your computer, so this will only be remembered if you always order from the same computer. Don’t select this option if you are ordering from a computer that isn’t yours.
Shipping for Online Store
Novo is shipping orders to Australia & New Zealand. Our aim is to deliver your goods to you promptly. For Standard Shipping, please allow up to 7 working days for Australia and up to 14 working days for New Zealand orders. Express Shipping is ONLY available for deliveries within Australia, please allow 3 working days for shipping. Delivery time frame is estimated, once you have received your order confirmation and approval receipt.
Novo have the following options for postage;
1) E Parcel facility via Australia Post for all deliveries. A postage and handling fee of $9.95 for Australia & $19.95 for New Zealand will apply to each delivery received. Make sure someone is able to sign for your goods when they are delivered, if no one is available the goods will be re directed to your closest Post Office for collection.
2) Express Post facility via Australia Post only available for Australian Residents only. A postage and handling fee of $14.95 will apply to each delivery (max of 2 pairs only) Please note any orders received after 2pm (AEST) will be processed on the next working day.
If you have not received your order within the days specified contact us at onlinestore@novoshoes.com.au. You will need to include your full name and order confirmation number as shown on your confirmation email received from us at the time of purchase.
