NOVO is shipping orders to Australia, New Zealand & Internationally.Please note that we do not ship to Po Box for International Orders.
For Standard Shipping, please allow up to 7 working days for Australia and up to 14 working days for New Zealand orders from the date of dispatch.
Express Shipping is ONLY available for deliveries within Australia, please allow 3 working days for shipping.
Saturday Express deliveries are available to customers in the Melbourne metropolitan area, who place orders by 12 noon Friday AEST
Delivery time frame is estimated, once you have received your order confirmation. In some cases, this will take longer where the delivery address is in a remote location or the order has been placed during a busy period.
Orders are not dispatched Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Victorian Public Holidays.
All orders with Standard shipping within Australia are sent via e-Parcel. In some cases, Australia Post can look for a safe spot to leave your parcel at the delivery address. If they can't, it'll be taken to a nearby Post Office for collection. Either way, you'll get a notification telling you where your parcel is.
You will receive an Australia Post tracking number on your dispatch email. This allows you to follow your parcel all the way to your door

NOVO offers free standard shipping on all orders over $99 for Australian customers only
Postage and handling fee of $9.95 for Australia, $19.95 for New Zealand or $25.00 for International will apply to each delivery received
Express Post service handling fee of $14.95 will apply to each delivery (max of 2 pairs only) please note any orders received after 2pm (AEST) will be processed on the next working day.
