We endeavour to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, however slight processing delays can occer during busy periods. 

Once your parcel has left our Warehouse, we have very little control over it. Novo is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, especially during busy periods.

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a delivery date.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.

Novo offers FREE Standard shipping on all orders over $99 for Australian customers only

Standard shipping is $9.95. Allow 3-5 working days for metro delivery*. WA, NT & FNQ may experience longer delivery times. 

Express shipping is $14.95 (maximum 2 items). Allow 1-2 working days for metro delivery*. WA, NT & FNQ may experience longer delivery times. 

*Metro areas only. Regional customers may experience longer delivery times.


We offer same-day despatch for Express orders placed by 12 noon (AEST) Monday to Friday. All orders submitted after 12 noon will despatched the following business day.

Saturday Express deliveries are available to customers in the Melbourne metropolitan area only.

Express Postage for NZ orders below $99 is a flat rate of $9.95.

All orders placed via the NZ site are shipped via Express post from our Melbourne Warehouse.

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.



All international orders outside of NZ are shipped via International Express at a flat rate of AU$25.

We cannot ship to a PO Box for International Orders.
