OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE

During this time of uncertainty, the health and safety of our customers and staff are our top priority. We are working hard to ensure that you remain as safe as possible by adopting strict cleaning and hygiene practices, as well as adhering to the recommendations put forward by the World Health Organisation and Australian Government.

We have already made the following changes:


Packaging

We are following advice from the World Health Organisation and have increased the frequency of cleaning of our Distribution Centre. All our packaging staff is using protective gloves and have access to hand sanitiser.



Reduced Free Shipping Threshold

For those preferring to limit their exposure and do their shopping online, we have lowered our free standard shipping threshold to $60.




Returns

We have extended our returns policy from 30 days to 60 days. Customers will have 14 days to return their in-store purchases after stores re-open.



Our Stores

In order to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, we have closed our Australian stores until further notice.



Deliveries

As well as ensuring all our packages are disinfected upon arrival, we are actively following the advice and instructions of the World Health Organization for extra health measures. Information regarding the safety procedures for our deliveries can be found on the Australia Post website.
