- $6.50 Standard Shipping - allow 2-7 business days for metro delivery.
- $14.95 Express Shipping - (maximum 2 items) - allow 1-5 business days for metro delivery.
*WA, NT & FNQ may experience longer delivery times.
We aim to dispatch Express orders placed by 12 noon (AET) Monday to Friday on the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 12 noon will be sent on the next business day.
- $25 International Standard - allow 6-10 business days to most major metro areas
We’re unable to ship international orders to PO Boxes.
Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes, and you are fully responsible for paying any such charges.
Delivery Timeframes
The delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days; however, during busy sale periods, processing times may be longer due to higher order volumes.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian public holidays. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, delivery is managed by the postal carrier, and Novo is not responsible for delays that may occur due to peak holiday periods, public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at estore@novogroup.com.au with your full name and online order number so we can assist you promptly.
Please double check your shipping details, including your address, phone number, and sizes, before confirming your order.
Your parcel may have retuned to sender due to reasons such as incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel from the Post Office. Parcels that have returned to sender cannot be reshipped. Once received back at our dispatch location, the item(s) will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a $15 RTS processing fee. This fee applies regardless of whether you paid for shipping at checkout or received free shipping.
If you would like to purchase the item(s) again, you are welcome to place a new order through our website, subject to availability.
