1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Novo Shoes Group Pty Ltd, ABN 28 090 582 639, of 77G Millers Road, Brooklyn, VIC, 3012, hereafter referred to as the "Promoter".

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who have purchased a product from Novo Shoes and received an invitation from Novo Shoes to review their purchase.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and anyone directly involved in administering the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible customers must submit a genuine review of a Novo Shoes product they have purchased, using the review invitation link sent to them by Novo Shoes via email.

• Each eligible product review submitted during the competition period constitutes one entry into that month's prize draw.
• Only one entry per purchased product is permitted.
• Customers may submit reviews for multiple eligible purchased products, with each review counting as a separate entry, provided they have received a review invitation for each product.
• Reviews must reflect the customer's genuine experience with the product.
• Both positive and negative reviews are equally eligible for entry. The rating or sentiment of a review will not affect the customer's chance of winning.
• Reviews that are fraudulent, duplicated, misleading or otherwise ineligible may be excluded.
• Reviews submitted without an official review invitation from Novo Shoes will not be eligible.

No additional entry fee applies.

4. Competition Period

The competition commences on 1st October 2026 and runs until 31st December 2026.

Each monthly competition period opens at 12:00 am AEST/AEDT on the first calendar day of the month and closes at 11:59 pm AEST/AEDT on the final calendar day of that month.

Eligible entries received during each monthly competition period will be entered into the corresponding month's prize draw. Entries do not carry over to subsequent months.

5. Prize Details

One winner will be selected each month to receive one free pair of Novo Shoes.

• The winner may select one pair of shoes or accessory from the Novo Shoes website.
• The prize is subject to product and size availability.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash, gift cards or store credit.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary, subject to applicable laws.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each monthly competition period.

The draw will take place on the fifth business day of the following month.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their review within five business days of the draw.

The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within the specified period, the Promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws.

The Promoter will provide instructions for selecting and receiving the prize.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and the authenticity of submitted reviews.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical issues, including issues relating to the REVIEWS.io platform.

The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent it from proceeding as planned,

subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

9. Reviews and Transparency

All reviews must represent the customer's genuine and independent opinion.

Entry into the competition is offered regardless of whether a review is positive or negative.

The Promoter does not require customers to provide a positive rating to participate.

The Promoter will disclose that reviews submitted as part of this promotion were incentivised, in

accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used to administer the competition, verify entries,

contact winners and arrange prize fulfilment.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable

Australian privacy laws.

The winner's first name and state or territory may be published where required by applicable law.

Any additional promotional use of the winner's name, image or likeness will be subject to their consent.

11. Governing Law

The competition is subject to applicable Australian laws and regulations, including relevant state and territory trade promotion requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This competition is administered by Novo Shoes and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by REVIEWS.io or any social media platform.

REVIEWS.io is used solely as the platform for collecting eligible customer reviews.
